Jewell Dean Kimbler, 73, of Harrisville, WV went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on February 24, 2014.
She was born April 29, 1940 to the late Clarence and Vivian Gore. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Brady Kimbler Jr. in December 19, 2012; brothers, Kenneth Gore, Clarence Rodney Gore and Eugene Gore; and sister, Shirley Patton.
She was a homemaker and worked with the elderly. One of her passions was baking and decorating cakes. Bur her greatest passion was loving her family. She was a very strong woman who went through so much the last few years of her life, but pray her joy in Heaven will be much greater than her sorrows here on earth.
She is survived by her children, Clarence and Greta Kimbler of Harrisville, WV, Kathryn Craig of Mineral Wells, WV, Michael Kimbler of Harrisville, WV, Joseph and Valaurie Ratcliff of Harrisville, WV and Sue Lynn Kimbler of Harrisville, WV; 19 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Service will be 2 p.m. Friday, February 28, 2014 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Toby Dukich officiating.
Entombment will be in the Garden of Devotion Mausoleum at Memory Gardens, Madison. A dinner will be served for family and friends at the Madison Fire Hall immediately following the entombment.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
