John Harmon Jr., 52, of Magnolia, Arkansas, formerly of Madison, WV passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2016 unexpectedly in a local hospital in Magnolia.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Harmon; mother, Lena Harmon; and sister Judy Harmon all of Madison, WV.
He was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing, playing softball and loved carpentry as well as spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Harmon of Magnolia, Arkansas; three children, son, John Robert Harmon, daughters Heather Ann Harmon and Brooke Harmon all of Magnolia. Sisters, Priscilla (Paul) Sacra of Henrico, VA; Rose (Mike) Holstein of Ripley, WV; Connie Harmon of Madison and Linda Cabell (companion David Asbury) all of Madison. Nieces Brandi (Greg) Reese of Madison; Jessica Johnson of Ripley, WV. Nephews Jamie Harmon of Pittsburgh, Pa; Michael Paul (Loren) Holstein of Ripley, WV and Nick (Amy) Cabell of Madison, WV
A memorial will be held June 11, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Pinnacle Church in Julian, WV with Chuck Gillespie officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. at the Church.
Please come and join us in saying goodbye to a wonderful brother, friend, husband and dad. Anyone who wishes to speak is welcome to do so.
