John F. White, 61, of Jeffrey died Friday. September 26, 2014 at Boone Memorial Hospital, Madison after an extended illness.
Born November 24, 1952 he was the son of the late Earnest and Marie White. He was also preceded in death by brothers, Edmond "Leo" White, Larry White and Earl Gene White; and sisters, Patricia Albright, Sandra Kay Adkins, Kathy Aleshire and Sharon Burgess.
He is survived by one sister, Donna "Jo" Livingston (Bill) of Attalla, Alabama; and several nieces and nephews that he thought dearly of.
The family would like to thank the staff at Boone Memorial Hospital for the compassion and care of Johnny in his last hours.
Service will be 11 a.m. Sunday, September 28, 2014 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville. Burial will follow in Family Gardens, Madison.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
