Juanita Pearl Roe, 91, of Gordon went to be with the Lord on November 1, 2013 after a short illness.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Herman Roe, Sr.
She was a devout Christian and longtime member of the Gordon Union Church. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary.
She is survived by her children, Herman Roe, Jr. and wife Charlotte of Price Hill, Ruby Smith and husband Ken of Miramar, FL, Ricky Roe and wife Kathy of Camp Creek, Teddy Roe and wife Donna of Gordon; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a host of friends and loved ones.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with the Rev. Matthew Johner and the Rev. Phil Rowe officiating. Burial will follow in Danville Memorial Park, Danville.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
