Justin Joel Green, 34, of Jeffrey, WV was born January 11, 1986 and passed away June 20, 2020.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother Kathy Brown Thompson, grandfather Joel J. Green Sr., grandfather Rev. Melvin Messer and father, Mark Andrew Messer.
He is survived by his children Kadence and Gunnar Green of Chapmanville; mother and stepfather, Tommy Jr. and Malissa Thompson Berry of VA; father, Joel Green Jr. of Quinland; grandfather and grandmother, Jerry W. and Elaine Thompson of Jeffrey; grandmothers, Nettie Green of Danville and Barbara Fankhauser Messer of Haddleton; brothers, Shawn Green of Camp Creek, Elijah, Gage and Dane Messer of Madison; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins who loved him.
Service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, June 27 at Handley Funeral Home in Danville. Burial will follow in Fankhauser Family Cemetery, Madison with military graveside rites performed by Daniel Boone VFW Post 5578 of Madison, WV.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
