KaShane Alexander Harvey

 December 11, 2006 - March 4, 2024

KaShane Harvey, 17, son of Sandra and Barry Harvey of Madison, went home to be with the Lord on March 4th, 2024. KaShane was preceded in death by Maternal Grandmother Eleanor Faye Woodie of Wharton and Paternal Grandmother Eunice Harvey of Greenwood. 

He is survived by his parents Sandra and Barry Harvey of Madison; aunts Shelly Jo McCutcheon (Pat) of Charleston, and Kim Price (Jim) of Madison; Uncle Johnny Woodie of Wharton; brothers Connor Gibson of Sophia, and Logan Maloney; cousins, John Partick, Joseph McCutcheon, and Emily Price; and wonderful friends. Pallbearers will be Hunter Null, Brody Null, Jacob Carrico, Ryan Neal, Colten Harvey, Ryan Mason. 

KaShane will be remembered as the light of Sandra and Barry’s lives. He was the prayer they didn’t know they needed answered. He kept them young. He loved to fish and hunt with ‘Pops’ and he was Pops’ shadow on the mountain. KaShane was quiet like Pops, but he liked to keep the roads hot like Nana. The family takes solace in knowing that KaShane is now driving his black mustang in the sky.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday March 9, 2024 at Danville Memorial Park on Indian Grave Road, Danville, WV.
