Kelli Ann Gore Jeffrey, 54, of Hewett went home to be with the Lord at her home Saturday, February 4, 2017 after a short illness.
She was born July 15, 1962 to the late Glenn and Peggy (Chambers) Gore of Hewett. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents, Charles and Nestle Gore of Hewett and Ludale and Alice Chambers of Ottawa WV.
Those left behind to cherish her memory include her daughters Amy (Scottie) Jeffrey and Kayla (Adam) Jeffrey, and their father Randy Jeffrey, all of Hewett; in-laws Algie and Patsy Jeffrey of Hewett; siblings – Judy Larck of St. Albans, Terri (Bruce) Schoolcraft of St. Albans, Barry Gore of St. Albans, Roger Gore of Mannsfield OH, and Becky (Joey) Cabell of Hewett, Special Aunt Joellen Stalnaker of St. Albans and Uncle Joe Gore of Beckley WV; Brother-in-law Mike Jeffrey; special nephews and niece Justin, Mia, and Jeremy Cabell, Michelle Gore, and Myles, Riley, and Aubree Cabell; Special Friend Beverly Cavender of Jamestown NC; Her grandchildren, Makaya, Emma, Lyla, and Zander were the lights of her life and loved their Nina to the moon and the stars.
Kelli had such a kind spirit and loved the Lord with all of her heart. She lived to help others and enjoyed sewing, baking, and being Nina to her grandbabies. Our loss is truly heavens gain.
The family is honoring her wishes by holding a Celebration of her Life on Saturday, February 11 at Stevens Chapel United Methodist Church at Lake, WV at 2 p.m. A ceremony to spread her ashes will be held at a later date.
