Larry Michael Peters, 56, of Robinson, left this vale of tears at his home with his family by his side after a long and courageous battle with leukemia on Thursday, May 19, 2016 to join many loved ones in his Heavenly Father's Kingdom.
He was born in Madison, WV on June 6, 1959, to the late Arnett and Grace (Meadows) Peters. Larry was also preceded in death by his brothers, Charlie Marrs, James Peters and Jay Max Peters; sisters, Gatha Dickens, Mavis White, and Darlene Kelso, all of whom he missed dearly.
Larry loved playing music and building things in his woodshop, but mostly his family and his God. His family was his life and his top priority. He was a generous and kind hearted person by always taking the time to listen and to help those in need. He was admired by all. Larry touched everyone’s heart in one way or another. He loved life and loved to make people laugh. He was an amazing man that can never be replaced.
Left to cherish him in memories are his wife of 38 years, Peggy (Adkins) Peters; daughters, Julia (Cliff) Ball of Robinson and Stephanie (Robbie) Miller of Myrtle Beach SC; five grandchildren, Matthew Persinger, Robbie Miller II, Cliffy Ball II, Brooklyn Ball and Addison Miller; one brother, Jerry (Brenda) Peters of Hudson, NC; and a host of family and friends.
