Levi Hunter Sizemore was born April 29, 2016 and went back to Heaven on May 7, 2016 after being born too early and other complications.
He is survived by his mother and father, Samantha and Austin Sizemore; grandparents, Jennifer and Ernest Smith and Angela and Roy Sizemore; great-grandparents, Kay and Johnny Buckner and Delores Sizemore; great-great-grandmother, Lurlen Buckner; aunt, Kayton Sizemore; uncles, Seafored and Sherman Smith; and a host of other loved ones.
Service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 2016 at the Gospel Center Tabernacle in West Madison with Pastor Walter Gore officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church.
Dinner will follow in the church activity building.
