Loretta Sue Miller of Danville lost her battle with cancer on Friday, December 16, 2016, three days after her 74th birthday.
She was preceded in death by her husband Eddie Miller (in 2006), her mother Betty Ball (in 1997), her father Linford Ball (in 1997) and her brother Kent Ball (in 2016).
She is survived by her son, Kendall Miller, daughter-in-law Jeannie Miller and granddaughter Julianne Miller (of Raleigh, NC).
Loretta played the piano and organ during her memberships at the Olive Branch Baptist Church on Turtle Creek, and the West Madison Baptist church in Madison.
Mom was a strong woman, who took pride in who she was and the home she made. She loved to bake, sew, garden, build and travel. But more than anything she loved and was loved by Kendall, Jeannie and Julie. We’ll miss you so much mom!
Service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 20 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Pastor James Browning officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, Madison.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
