Louise Ann Rowe, 74, of Wharton, WV passed away Sunday, September 8, 2019.
She was born November 19, 1944 and was a daughter of the late Jim and Bertie Gullett. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Tina Marie Cook; sisters, Fontane Davis, Reberta Gullett and Virginia White; and brothers, Dorsie Ray White and Donald Mark White.
She is survived by her long time boyfriend of 21 years, Franke Sigmon; children, Norm and Kay Cook of Minnesota, Edward and Christy Rowe of MN, Tootie and Tamus Rowe of Lorado, WV and Tammy Rowe of Wharton; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sister, Zeta Clark of Cleveland, Ohio, Mamie White of Van, Bo Bernadine Cook of Bim and Sue Ann White of Mingo; and brothers, John Gullett of MN, Jesco White of TN and Jerry White of MN.
Service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, September 12 at Handley Funeral Home in Danville with the Rev. Phil Rowe officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, Madison.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
