M. Evangeline (Vangey) Bias 92, of Scott Depot, WV was called to heaven by her Lord and Savior on June 3, 2018. She died peacefully at Meadow Brook Assisted Living in Julian, WV, knowing that she would be welcomed in heaven with open arms by a loving husband and a host of family and friends that went before her.
Evangeline was born November 2, 1925, and was a daughter of the late Curtis and Nimmie Frame.
She was a homemaker, beloved wife, sister, mother, and grandmother.
Her dedication to God and Church was an inspiration to all that knew her. She enjoyed writing religious inspirational songs, playing the guitar in Church and singing. The songs that she wrote possessed a powerful message to all.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Zernie E. Bias; daughter, Carol Ann Harmon, brothers, Nelson A. Frame, James C. Frame, and Don Frame; sisters ,Leota Wibblin, Alice J. Bailey, and JoAnn Frame,grandson, Michael David Slawson,II.
She is survived by brother, John R. Frame (Joanne M); daughters, Pamella J. Neu (Kenneth ) of Fairfield Glade, TN: Denise Y. Banks (David) of Comfort, WV; sons, Kevin B. (Patty)Bias of Ridgeview, WV, Jeffrey L.(Kimberly) Bias, of Ashland, KY, R. Shawn (Stacie) Bias of Harrisburg, PA; grandchildren, Melissa R. (Travis) Long, Michelle D. (Andy) Bias, Stephanie A. Bias, Kristopher P. (Amanda) Bias, Kyle G. (Emily) Bias, Caitlin Bias, Autumn Bias, and Gillian Bias; great-grandchildren, Tyler J. Sigmon, Trevor A. Sigmon, Alexandria D. Holcomb, Abel Ryan, Xavier C. Bias, Kamron E. Bias, and Sadie J. Bias, as well as many friends, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A private family burial ceremony will be held at White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Barboursville, WV on Friday, June 8, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
