Martha Jane Perry, 96, of Van, WV passed away October 31, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her husband George R. Perry, oldest son, George R. Perry Jr.; her sisters, Mary Elizabeth, Nellie Mae, Louella, Ruth Alice, Ethel Jean and Linda; her brothers, Lester, James, Harry, Harvey and George Walter; her mother, Mable Weckerly Daniels; her father, Harvey Daniels; and her great-great-granddaughter, Avery Mae.
She enjoyed crocheting, working crossword puzzles and going to casino’s.
She is survived by son, Mark Perry of Van, WV; two daughters, Janie Barnette of Elyria, Ohio and Joyce Bass of Lorain, Ohio; brothers, Richard Daniels of Elyria, Ohio and Ralph Daniels of Manaheim, PA; grandchildren, Vicky Perry, Steven Perry, Lori Fassnacht, Thomas Barnette, Michael Barnette, Jeffrey Bass, Kimberly Bass, Mark Perry, Andrea Perry, Nathaniel Perry; three step-grandchildren, Shawn Wilson, Steven Wilson and Brandon Wilson; 13 great-grandchildren; 16 step great grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Service will be 2 p.m. Friday, November 4, 2016 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with minister David Cook officiating. Burial will follow in Danville MemorialPark.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
