Mary Kathryn Mullins, “Goofy”, 50, of Madison was born December 2, 1965 and passed away December 23, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Roscoe and Lena Mullins of Madison and Seibert and Alwilda Hill also of Madison; her loving and caring father, Tom Ed Mullins; Kitty Tierno and close cousin, Rick Clark; and her best friend and sister, Judy Harmon.
She leaves behind her daughter, Tiffany Vincent of Madison; mother, Kay Mullins of Madison; brothers, Scott Mullins and Patrick of Hurricane, WV and Nick and Erica Mullins of Chapmanville; her grandbabies who were her world, Kylie and Madyson Price; niece and nephew, Marli and Brock Mullins; her loving aunts, JoAnn Harmon and Sylvia Clark of Madison; and a host of others.
Service will be 6 p.m. Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Mike Green officiating. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Mary Kathryn's honor at the funeral home.
