Mary Vance Williamson, 94, of PeeWee Valley, KY formerly of West Hamlin, WV died August 8, 2015. She was born April 24, 1921 in WV.
She was a member of Elmwood United Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Hi Williamson; daughter, Elsie Kay “Susie” Hager; parents, Owen,Sr. and Betty Maynard Vance; sisters, Elsie Queen, Bessie Wiley, Lorene Manns, Dicie Norman and Helen Nelson Belcher; and brothers, Mose, Charlie, Owen, Paris and AP Vance.
She is survived by her sister; Polly Hodge of Chapmanville; grand daughter, Megan Hager of KY and numerous several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, August 15, 2015 at McGhee Handley Funeral Home, West Hamlin, WV with Charlie Paulsen officiating.
Friends may call two hours prior to the service.
