Matthew Steven Kuhn, 26, of Madison was born July 21, 1988 and died July 23, 2014.
He was a coal miner for Patriot Coal and was a graduate of Van High School.
He is survived by his wife, Chelsea; mother and father, Sandra and Craig Adkins; sisters, Holly Adkins of Wharton and Sydnee Kuhn of Madison; special cousin, Whitney Elswick; grandparents, Ronald and Nancy Adkins and Geraldine Nichols; and a host of family and friends.
Service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Scottie Elswick officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, Madison.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
