Michael Edward Lodato, 55, of Madison, WV passed away Friday, March 18, 2022 at his residence.
Michael was preceded in death by a brother, Vince Lodato; sister, Michelle Lodato Mosser; mother and stepfather, Melva and Hoover Evans; grandparents, Manuel and Lorene White, and Rose Lodato.
He is survived by his father and stepmother, Larry and Rose Lodato of Madison; brothers, Elijah Lodato of Madison, Josh Evans of Danville, and Craig Davis of Huntington; a son, Waylan Pritchard of Wayne County; special nephews, Michael Corcino of Ohio, and Chase Evans of Danville; and his little buddy, Jaxson Williams.
Michael was a 1984 graduate of Logan High School and was employed as an attendant at the Coal Heritage Museum in Madison. He formerly was employed by the City of Madison Sanitation Department.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 26 at Handley Funeral Home in Danville with Rev. Ginger Dials officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
He will be laid to rest next to his sister, Michelle, at Memory Gardens, Low Gap.
