She was a graduate of Sherman High School.
She is survived by her husband; Stephen Mullins, children; Lindsay Mullins and Conrad Mullins of Seth, mother and father; Pam and Darrell Buffington of Seth, father; Roger Hager, sister; Ivy Shears and grandmother; Gladys Halstead.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 21, Handley Funeral Home, Danville WV with Joseph Stewart officiating.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
