Nella Nelson, age 89, of West Hamlin, WV passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2023.
She was born November 21, 1933 and was a daughter of the late Filbert and Norma Nelson. In addtion to her parents she was preceded in death by brother, Denzil Nelson and Clovis Nelson; and sisters, Gayle Nelson and Janice Vahaverack.
Survived by two brothers, Jimmie Nelson and Charles Nelson; and caregivers, June Adkins and Lilly Rakes.
Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, May 25, 2023 at McGhee-Handley Funeral Home in West Hamlin, WV with Benny Dean officiating. Burial will follow in Sias Cemetery on Steer Fork Road, Ranger, WV.
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Thursday until service time at the funeral home.
