Nellie Ruth Linville Keen

Nellie Ruth “Linville” Keen 81 of Yawkey, WV left this earthly body in wait of Judgement Day, on Saturday, November 26, 2016 after a short illness. She was surrounded by her loving family at home.
She was a member of the Bear Branch Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Kermit Keen, parents Sesco and Icy “Mullins” Linville, nephew that she raised, Gregory H. Linville, siblings, Bessie Linville, Helena Cooper, Melba Estep, Reba Phipps, Odessa Holley, Ford Linville, Clarkie Linville, Jim Linville, Gary Linville and Direamous Linville.
She is survived by her brother; Douglous (Chris) Linville of Lansing, MI, caregiver and great niece; DeAnna Cooper of Yawkey, and many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and friends. She will always be remembered as a mother to all who knew her.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2016 Handley Funeral Home, Danville, WV with Brian Barrett officiating. Burial will follow in Orchard Hills, Yawkey.
Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
