Nora Esther Losh was born February 22, 1920 and passed peacefully into the arms of her Savior on December 1, 2020 at the age of 100 years, 9 months, 1 week and 2 days. She was a long-term resident of Valley Center, South Charleston.
She was preceded in death by her parents Jessie and Abigail Wolfe; her husband Roy Losh; her son Dan Losh; her great granddaughter Natalie Lacy; and her brothers Capt. Mike Wolfe, Lloyd Wolfe, and Frank Wolfe.
Esther was a member of Madison Baptist Church for over 65 years. She taught many generations love, laugh, compassion and how to serve and love God.
She is survived by her daughter Connie Brammer of Madison; seven grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and ten great great grandchildren.
The family is forever grateful to the staff of Valley Center who provided loving care to Esther for over nine years. The family is also grateful to Handley Funeral Home for their compassionate assistance. Esther is being cremated per her wishes. A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
