Otho Edgar Moon

Otho Edgar Moon Jr. 57 of Midkiff, WV passed away Monday June 3, 2013 at the home of his son in Hurricane, WV. He was born August 26, 1955 a son of the late Mary Sostrich. He was also preceded in death by his wife Barbara, and a brother James Sostrich. He was a truck driver.
He is survived by four sons, Eddie Moon of Midkiff, Jonathan (Tiffany) Moon of Hurricane, Matthew Taylor of Branchland, and Troy Allen Moon of Jacks Creek, KY; one daughter Jennifer (Brad) McDaniel of Michigan; two brothers Troy Moon of Midkiff, and Gerald Sostrich of Hurricane; three sisters Angie Sostrich of Barboursville, Kimberly Salmons of Ona, and Arlene Likens of Chapmanville; seven grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles; and special friends, Dencil Webb, Gerald Nichols, and Ron Pardell.
Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Thursday June 6, 2013 at McGhee-Handley Funeral Home, West Hamlin, WV. Burial will follow at Moon Cemetery, Midkiff, WV. Friends may call from 6 to 9 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
