Pamela Louise Pennington, 69, of Lexington, NC was born October 7, 1948 at Bald Knob, WV and passed away December 31, 2017 at Boone Memorial Hospital, Madison, WV.
She is survived by one daughter, Theresa Pennington; mother, Opal Pennington; two brothers, Barry Pennington and Paul Pennington; sister, Rebecca Cave; and Alex Cave and Corbin Cave whom she considered her grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Bald Knob United Methodist Church, Bald Knob.
