Patricia Ann Rowe, 65, of Gordon, WV went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at St. Francis Hospital, Charleston, WV.
She was born June 9, 1948 and was a daughter of the late Kiley H. and Lucille Doss. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Michael W. Doss; and sisters, Carolyn J. Justice and Linda L. O’Halloran.
She was a member of Brown’s Branch Freewill Baptist Church. She was a housewife to a loving husband that cared deeply for her; a mother of three children; and a grandmother to four grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, the Rev. Phillip E. Rowe of Gordon; daughters, Melissa and Junior Elkins of Comfort and Robin and Steven Muncy of Seth; son, David and Chasity Massey of Prenter; four grandchildren, Aaron Elkins, Cressia Elkins, Cody Muncy and Aaron Chambers; sisters, Brenda Loftis, Kathy Bowe and Donna Corder all of Charleston; and her loving dog, Weiner.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, September 7, 2013 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Melvin Messer officiating. Burial will follow in Mid-Ferrell Cemetery, Bandytown.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
