Patrick Ira White, 49, of Uneeda, West Virginia passed quickly at home on January 18, 2022. Patrick was born to parents Danny E and Guyneth White on September 18, 1972.
Patrick spent his life introducing laughter to his family and friends. In school, if he was not needed for a friendly favor or on the field for game day, he was likely needed in the principals office for one of his numerous pranks or schemes. He enjoyed playing football, boxing, and held a forever interest in cars. He is known by all for his witty humor, ability to captivate any audience with an outrageous story, and his wickedly hysterical dance moves.
Patrick married and entered Marine boot camp the year he graduated high school, 1990. During his time as a Marine in West Point, NY, he welcomed his first daughter, Taylor.
Upon returning home after enlistment, Patrick remarried and welcomed four children; Brittney, Emily, Cara and Gabriel.
Patrick had many relationships in the community, which would quickly land him trades and jobs including truck driving, instructing mining classes, a WV State Road worker, prison guard, postal worker for USPS, car salesman, and operating multiple bars including his very own “Bull’s” in Uneeda.
He would spend his free time as a chauffeur for cheerleading practices, gymnastics, a short stint as assistant coach for little league soccer and basketball, and inevitably become the family chef where he would “shake and bake” ANYTHING.
He truly was a jack of all trades.
Patrick was a great friend and father figure to many. He was a lover of babies and dogs and easily formed bonds with anyone he met. Bull was a precious, gentle soul but a fierce competitor and protector if needed. He was truly one of a kind, as we will remember him.
Patrick is survived by; his relentlessly loving mother Guyneth White, his brother Danny White, his children Taylor (Cody) Williams, Cara (Zachary) Hill, Gabriel White, Brittney (James) Page, Emily (Charles) Sutphin, his grandchildren; Jase Moore, Aleyah Page, Kendal Maynard, Rowan and Renley Williams; his grandmother Garnet Clay, and his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends. Patrick is preceded in death by; his father Danny E. White, twin sisters Malissa and Clorissa White; grandparents Charles Clay; and Nick and Judith Asberry.
The family would also like to send thanks to their loved ones who have sent kind words, love, or any form of remembrance to their beloved son, brother, father, popaw, and friend.
