Paula Diane Burch, 77, passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at her home in Hamlin, WV.
She was born September 28, 1944 and was a daughter of the late Paul Curry and Charlotte Black Curry. She was also preceded in death by her grandparents Hal and Catharine Black (who raised her); and uncles Edwin and Virginia Black, Lyle and Audrea Black and Charles Elkins.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hamlin.
She is survived by her husband, David Burch; son, David Burch II and Kristen of Pickerington, Ohio; daughter, Robin and Pat Clark of Scott Depot, WV; stepmother, Lydia Curry; sister, Priscilla and Dennie Roberge of Whitehall, OH; grandchildren, Josh and Alexandra Clark, Tyler and Torrie Burch, Darby and Keanen Locke, and Jordan Clark and his fiancé Taylor Life; two great grandchildren, Bailey Burch and Luca Locke; aunt, Rose Elkins; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, September 1, 2022 at Handley Funeral Home in Hamlin with Bill Elkins and Jonathan Butcher officiating. Burial will follow in Lincoln Memorial Park, Hamlin, WV
Visitation will be from Noon until service time.
