Phillip Miller

Phillip Miller, 80, of Turtle Creek, Danville, W.V. passed away on the morning of March 18, 2025, while at home.

He was born September 3, 1944, the youngest son of Amos and Gladys Miller. He is survived by his spouse of 56 years, Judy Lee Ballard-Miller, daughters Melissa Miller-Stewart (Joseph), Amanda Lee Miller-Muncy (Douglas) and son Phillip Andrew Miller and their children and grandchildren.

Phillip was the lead owner/operator of Kasey's Machine and Fabrication supported with labor through his son, Phillip and second nephew, Jeffrey Dotson. He was a proud Master Gardener and a member of the Boone County Master Gardeners - WVU Extension.

Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Handley's Funeral Home with the Memorial Service on Friday at 2:00 p.m. also at Handley's.

Phillip has purchased and donated property alongside Corridor G/119 to begin a new Miller Family Cemetery and will be laid to rest there following the funeral on Friday.
