Phyllis Marie Cook, age 67, of Bandytown, WV passed away October 26, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her mother Reathel Workman Thompson and her father John B. Thompson; sons, Jamie Aaron Cook and Jeffery Scott Cook; grandson Ryan Cook; husband Dennis Denver Cook; and sister, Janette Gail White of Bandytown.
She is survived by her granddaughter, Britney of Van, WV; niece, Michelle White Rock of Beaver, WV and Kurby White of West Hamlin,WV and Aaron Scott Belcher of Beaver, WV.
She was a member of the Start of Bethlehem Church at Twilight WV; and a retired Deputy Sheriff of Boone County, WV.
Sissy we will always love and miss you.
Service will be 2 p.m. Friday, October 30, 2015 at Handley Funeral Home with the Rev. Phil Rowe officiating. Burial will follow in Mid-Ferrell Cemetery, Bandytown.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
