Richard Phillip Jenkins, 61, of Hamlin, WV died Wednesday September 19, 2018. He was born November 19, 1956 in East Liverpool, OH., son of Ruth Jenkins Plumley and the late James Jenkins.
He is also survived by his Step father JA Plumley; one brother Ronnie Jenkins; two sisters Susan Harris and Karen (Jeff) Slimp; two sons Cheyenne (Alessandra) Jenkins and Adam Jenkins; step brothers and sisters Guy and Dorothy PLumley, Tina Harless, Danny and Cheryl Kiser; five grandchildren and one step granddaughter.
Funeral services will be 11:00am Sunday September 23, 2018 at Handley Funeral Home, Hamlin, WV. The burial will be in the Elkins Cemetery, Parsner Rd. A visitation will be from 6pm to 8pm Saturday at the funeral home. Condolences can be left at www.handleyfh.com
