Robert Lee Riley Sr., 81, of Foster, WV passed away February 19, 2021.
He was born August 25, 1939, a son of the late James Ray and Edith Elizabeth Rhodes Riley. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Jimmy Riley; and son, baby Riley.
He was a retired coal miner from Hobet Coal and a member of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, Madison, WV.
He is survived by his wife, Faye Riley; his son, Robert Lee Riley Jr.
and Teresa of Princeton, WV; two sisters, Patty Wein of Fort Mill, SC and Susan VanHoose of Foster, WV; and a granddaughter, Brianna Riley of Princeton, WV.
In lieu of flowers please make a donation in memory of Robert Lee Riley Sr. to: Dignity Hospice PO Box 4304 Chapmanville, WV 25508.
Service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Madison, WV with Father Neil Buchlein officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens, Chapmanville, WV.
Visitation one hour prior to the service.
Handley Funeral Home in Danville is assisting the family.
