Robert Dwight Smith, 61, of Branchland, WV was born December 10, 1954 and passed away May 6, 2016 at Logan Center, Logan, WV.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Goldie Lovejoy Smith.
He is survived by his father, William Smith; children, Robert Smith Jr. and Brenda Lee Velez (Jason); brothers and sisters, Anita Smith Newsham, Veleria Trenary, William E. Smith, Gregory Smith, Hiram Smith, Jefferson Smith, Peggy Thacker and Rodney Smith; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, May 8, 2016 at McGhee Handley Funeral Home, West Hamlin with Donnie Lovejoy officiating. Burial will follow in Franklin Cemetery, Branchland, WV.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
