Roger Lee Ball Sr.

April 17, 1947 — December 3, 2024

Roger Lee Ball Sr., 77, of Redhouse, WV, passed away on December 3, 2024. 

Roger had a distinguished career as the CEO and owner of BMS Natural Resources. He proudly served in the United States Air Force.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Betty Ball. Roger is also survived by his three daughters: Tammy (Garry) Noonan of Rockvale, TN; Shannon (Sean) Mefford of Lucasville, OH; and Lisa (Mike) Fields of St. Albans, WV, grandchildren: Matthew, Hannah, and Boyce, great-grandchildren: Kadence, Jaysin, Nevaeh, Josylin, Paisley, Simon, and Raydon.

Roger cherished his relationships with those close to him, including his special friend and business partner, Tom Smith, and his special nephew, Mickel Ball.

Roger is preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Hannah Ball; his son, Roger Ball Jr.; stepsons Anthony Erwin and Brandon Byrd; brother Cecil Darrell Ball; and sister Mary Lou.

Friends and family are welcomed to pay their respects during the visitation on December 6, 2024, from 11:00 AM to the time of service at 2:00pm at  the Greenview Church of Christ, Greenview, WV. Burial to follow at Ball Cemetery in Greenview, WV.
