Ronald Dale Robinette 56 of Foster, WV went to be with his Lord and Savior Oct. 24, 2014. He was a retired coal miner with 35 years experience and was a member of the UMWA. He was an avid hunter, farmer, little league umpire and a member of the Rock Creek Church of Christ.
He is preceded in death by his father and his mother James Robinette, Sr. and Ruth Ellen Robinette, his brother James Robinette Jr. and his sister Sandra Baker.
He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Vickie, his sons; Ronald Robinette, Jr of Foster, Jimmy Robinette of Foster, his daughter; Dana Joellen Robinette of Lagrange, KY, two sisters; Karen Hale of Oceana, and Pat Bare of Man, three grandchildren; Paeton Robinette, Alydia Robinette and Ronald Robinette III and several nieces and nephew.
He was a loving and devoted family man who will be sadly and greatly missed.
Funeral service will be 11 am Tuesday, Oct. 28 Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Minister Johnny Steel officiating. Burial will follow in Tawney-Cabell Cemetery, Foster, WV.
Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
