Ronnie Lee Perdue, 69, of Peytona, WV passed away September 9, 2021.
He was born April 25, 1952 and was a son of the late Shelby and Thelma Perdue. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers Kenneth Perdue and Rodney Perdue.
He is survived by his wife, Charlotte; daughters, April (Mark) Cook, and Kim Skeens; grandchildren, Kaityln Cook (Nick Evans), Lindsey Cook, Alison Cook, Hailea Skeens and Ryan Skeens; great-granddaughter, Kynslee Evans; brothers, Joe (Sherry) Perdue, Shelby Perdue; sister, Judy (Johnny) Moyer; Sister and brother-in-law Alice and Lester Ferrell and Sherry and Scott Smith, a special great nephew Dustin Ferrell and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was a disabled coal miner of Canelton Coal; a Boone County superintendent on the AGEP Board; Guyan Valley Conservation District; and RC & D Board.
Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 15 at Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV with Rev. Tom Price officiating. Burial will follow in Boone Memorial Park, Madison, WV.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
