Ruth Myers, 90, of Charleston passed away Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston. She was born March 22, 1926 and was a daughter of the late Elmer and Pearl Hatfield Nelson. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Albert “Ike” Myers; infant children, twins Mary and Timmy and son, Mark; one brother; and three sisters.
She is survived by daughters, Rhonda (Rick) Coleman of South Charleston, WV and Jenny (Deano) Couris of Boca Raton, FL; son, Thomas Bradley Myers of Charleston, WV; granddaughter, Theresa Myers; and great-grandchildren, Christopher Justin (Brittany) Cox and Jamie Alexander.
A celebration of her 90 years of life will be held at a later date.
