Shirley Ann Workman

Shirley Ann Workman, 75, of Columbus, Ohio went to be with the Lord on August 8, 2012 after a long illness.
She attended Trinity Freewill Baptist Church and was previously employed by Wonder Snacks.
She was the daughter of Willard and Pearl Dillon Workman, who preceded her in death, and was raised in Twilight, WV. Also preceding her in death were sisters, Joyce Workman, Louella Thompson and Nola Workman; and brothers, Delmer and Dewey Workman.
Surviving her are siblings, special caregiver, Nina Workman with whom she made her home, and Janet Bray of McArthur, Ohio, Rose Blair of Columbus, Ohio, Mary Glenn of Pataskla, Ohio, Maxine Hunt of Pickerington, Ohio, June Carter of Pinch, WV and Nadine Holstein of Ashford, WV. She was also a special aunt to many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Service will be 2 p.m. Monday, August 13 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with the Rev. Paul Collius officiating. Interment will be in the Garden of Devotion Mausoleum at Memory Gardens, Madison.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
