Steve was the son of the late John McComas and Myrtle Duncan McComas.
Surviving family members include: wife Lora “Tiny” Adkins McComas; brother Nello McComas of Potlatch, Idaho; sister Judy Armstrong of Hoquiam, Washington; daughters Kimberly Bond of New Haven, West Virginia and Shawna Lawson of Mount Lookout, West Virginia; grandchildren Justin Lawson of West Hamlin, West Virginia, Aleks Lawson of Huntington, West Virginia, and Anthony Bond of Evans, West Virginia; great grandchildren Ashtyn Lawson, Kyson Phillips, and Weston Bond.
Visitation will be Thursday, November 1st from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at McGhee-Handley Funeral Home in West Hamlin, WV.
Funeral Friday, November 2nd at 1:00. Burial will be in Enon Cemetery.
