Susan Mae Harvey Berry, 74, of Danville, WV went home to be with our Lord and Savior on December 23, 2021.
She was born January 5, 1947 in Cabell County, WV. She will once again be with the love of her life, her husband, Hassel C. Berry, who precedes her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Howard Harvey and Geraldine Harvey; her siblings, Larry Ramey, Nadine Thompson, Butch Harvey, Kathy Carrara, Marcella Beers, and Phillip Harvey; and her son-in-law, Allan Vaught.
She was a 1964 graduate of Scott High School and a shut-in member of the Danville Church of Christ.
She is survived by her children, Claire Vaught and Larry Hassel Berry (Danville, WV); her grandchildren, Tiffany Vaught, Victoria Rose, and Avery Mae; her great grandchildren, Kylee and Dax; her siblings, Joyce Scott (TN), Ellen Hampton (GA), Peggy Webber (AZ), Kenny Harvey (WV), Mark Harvey (CT), and Jeff Harvey (WV); her “boys”, Richie Boggs and Day Day Carter; and her faithful pit dog, Tabby.
Graveside Services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at the Danville Memorial Park, Indian Grave Road, Danville with Richard Runyon officiating.
Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV is assisting the family.
