He was preceded in death by his grandparents Bertie Mae and Donald Ray White.
He is survived by his parents; Savannah Mamie White and Paul White, siblings; Tonya Green, Angel Warner, Cheyan White, William, Dakota Green, Austin, Timmy Green, Hunter and Matthew, girlfriend; Elise Marie Keffer, children; Donna Rae White, Thomas White, Jr., Jessica Fontane White, Kimberly Faith Keffer, Sierra Marie White and David James White, aunts; Bernadine Cook, and Sue White, uncles; Jesco White and Jerry White.
Funeral service will be 11am Friday, Oct. 3, 2014 Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Rev. Phil Rowe and Patty Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Green Cemetery, Bandytown. Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
