She was preceded in death by Nancy Lockard, Hoy Davis, Sondra Davis, Jaxon Staley and Matthew Miller.
She is survived by her mother, Mary Ellen Davis Lockard; father, Colin Karl Kaspirek; son, Colin Wayne Smith of Yawkey, WV; daughter, Lettee Maree Miller of Yawkey, WV; brother, Jacob Allen Davis of Elyria, OH; sisters, Erica Nadine Davis of Madison, WV and Brittany Nichole Kaspirek of Lorain, OH. She is also survived by Bellomy Blake Allen Staley, Richard Wayne Lockard, Tammy Cabrera, and Alvie Davis.
Tiffany loved reading her bible, cooking, arts and crafts, and watching make-up videos learning to do it good.
Services will be on a later date.
