Valerie Lyn Gallagher Ball, age 42, of Danville was born November 19, 1970 and was called home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 5, 2013.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Ann Gallagher; and one sister.
She was a devoted Christian and a member of the Greenview Church of Christ. She was a drug counselor for Futures.
She was a devoted mother to Amber Dawn Gallagher and Katelyn Sage Ball both of Greenview. In addition to her daughters she is also survived by her father, Arthur William Gallagher of Greenview; brother, Arthur William Gallagher Jr. and his wife, Mashell of Greenview; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
Services will be 2 p.m. Monday, July 8 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Richard Runyon and Cliff Collins officiating. Burial will follow in Family Gardens, Madison.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
