Venita Ann Fowler, 59, of Greenview left this world on June 14, 2015 at home.
She was born May 12, 1956 and was a daughter of the late Bethel and Sylvia Fowler. She was also preceded in death her first husband George Scott, Jr. and her second husband Ricky Wheatley; her son-in-law Curtis Kelly; sister Peggy Carter; brother Orville Fowler; and nephew Kenny Bartley.
She is survived by her son, Ricky “Doodle” (Rebecca) Wheatley; daughters, Stephanie (Bobby) Butcher, Amanda Kelley and Vicky Hager; sisters, Sylvia “Sissy” (Rexal) Rhodes, Ronda Hensley and Teresa Malcomb; 13 grandchildren, Nicholas, Dylan and Bradley Butcher, Hannah Holton, Brittany, Brandi, Breanna and Austin Wheatley, Kaitlyn and Kirstina Kelley and Tyler Stollings; and many nieces, nephews, friends and family that loved her dearly.
Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, June 18 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Richard Runyan officiating. Burial will follow in Danville Memorial Park, Danville.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
