Vesta Marie Ball, 94, of Madison passed away June 15, 2015.
She was born April 11, 1921 to the late Ezra Everette and Elizabeth Hester Hall. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Clarence S. “Patty” Knabb; son, C. Michael Knabb and wife Debbie; two sisters, and five brothers.
She is survived by her husband, Harold Ray “Tony” Ball; sons, James E. (Ruth Ann) Knabb, John D. (Ruthie) Knabb; step-daughters, Debra A. Baisden and Diane S. (John) Boulden; nine grandchildren, - - Jaye Knabb and Justin Knabb - - Jacob Knabb, Jennifer Rago, Ezra Knabb, - - Megan Baisden Worthley, David E. Baisden II, Richard Ray II and Dara Aliff; thirteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and one sister, Beulah Hester “Boots” (Jack) Evans.
She was a member of Madison United Methodist Church and Madison Methodist Women since the nineteen forties.

Service will be 11 a.m. Friday, June 19 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, Madison. Pallbearers will be grandsons, Jaye, Jacob, Richie, Ezra, David and Justin.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 18 at the funeral home.
