Viola Coleen Hawley

Viola Coleen Hawley, 74 of Madison in Boone Co., died February 17, 2016 at Boone Memorial Hospital. She was daughter of the late Roy and Georgia Atkins Grass. She was a homemaker and Christian.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William “Bill” Hawley; brothers Raymond Grass and Roy E. Grass; sisters Delores Bias, Doris Walters, and Hazel Grass.
She is survived by sister Evelyn (Larry) Parks of Ocala, FL; brothers Larry (Debbie) Grass of Madison; Barry (Karen) Grass of Madison; Russell Grass of Columbus, OH; David Grass of Columbus, OH, and many nieces and nephews.
There will be a graveside service at noon Friday, Feb. 19 at Kinder Cemetery Costa, WV with Pastor Ronnie Luke officiating and a requested song “Lord I’m Coming Home”. She told us often “Another beautiful day God has made” and it is. Handley Funeral Home Danville is in charge of arrangements.
