Virginia Odean Adkins, 84, of Foster, WV passed away July 31, 2014 at Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston.
She is survived by her sons, Gerald Adkins of Madison and Michael Adkins of Foster; sister, Kathy Smith of Alkol; and brother, Frank Messer of Winchester, VA.
Service will be 11 a.m. Sunday, August 3, 2014 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Herman Maynard and Michael Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in Family Gardens, Madison. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
