Virginia Hilterbrand

Virginia Hilterbrand passed away peacefully in her home in Rainelle on July 31, 2016. She was 97 years young.
She devoted her life to helping others. She loved singing in church and continued singing and praising the Lord until He called her home.
She was preceded in death by her parents Lewis and Henreitta Darling; husband Oscar “Emery’ Hilterbrand; son Emmil Hilterbrand; five brothers; nine sisters; and granddaughter Ava Jo Ball.
She is survived by two daughters, Emily Ann Stuart and husband Malcolm and Vicki Wilcox and husband Gary; nine grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
Service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 3, 2016 with Steve Burns officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, Madison.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
