Warren Miller

Warren Kay Miller, 75, of Foster, West Virginia passed peacefully in his home on September 13, 2024. Born to Lorene ‘Penny’ and James Miller of Foster, WV on February 13, 1949, he was second of five siblings.  

Warren was a 1967 graduate of Scott High School. He wed Kay White of Wharton, West Virginia, on November 2, 1968. They shared 53 wonderful years together and created a beautiful life with two children- Stacie and Darren, lots of love and laughter, and a home full of cherished memories. Warren was a dedicated employee of Kroger Company, and a faithful member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows Lodge #170 for many years. He was a life-long resident of Foster, WV and a dedicated member of the community. 

He was preceded in death by his wife Kay Frances Miller, his son Darren Jay Miller, mother Lorene ‘Penny’ Miller (née Keffer), father James Miller, sister Barbara Older (nee Miller), brothers Richard Miller and Jeffery Miller.  

He is survived by his daughter Stacie Raby (John), grandchildren Kaitlan Perry (Timothy), Taylor Raby, and Nicolas Raby (Alexandria), great-grandsons Benjamin and Jacob, in addition of many nieces, nephews, in-laws, and cousins. He is also survived by his oldest brother Kermit Miller (Connie) of Concord, North Carolina. 

Please join the family on Thursday, September 19th from the hours of 3pm to 7pm at his residence in Foster, WV. In respect to his wishes, no formal service will be held. A private family burial will follow at a later date 

Warren’s family would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone who has reached out and prayed during the last few weeks.
