Wayne Bailey, 47, of Ottawa died March 23, 2014.
He was born March 10, 1967 and was a son of the late William Russell and Elsie Eloise Dotson Bailey. He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Emily Arizona.
He was a carpenter for Michael Lipton.
He is survived by his wife, Melodie Adkins Bailey; daughters, Alisha Dawn Weekley of Chapmanville, Tammi Lynn Bailey of Madison, Vanessa Leanne Riffle and Elizabeth Grace Bailey both of Ottawa; one son, John Wayne Bailey of Ottawa; sibblings, Julian Bailey of Greenview, Julie Varney of Ottawa, Lisa Wallace of Griffithville, Cristy Ann Bailey of Bulgar and Russell Wayne “Pee Wee” Bailey of Morris Fork; and grandchildren, Kaden James Ward, Ricky James Broughton, Landon Adkins and Avery Adkins Weekley.
Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, March 28, 2014 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with David Speary officiating. Burial will follow in Baldwin Cemetery, Bias’ Branch.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
