William Levi Banks, 75, of Madison passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at Charleston Area Medical Center Memorial. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 2, 2017 at Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Madison, WV.
