William Paul “Billy” Jarrell, 65, of Madison, WV formerly of Bandytown, WV was born June 4, 1953 and was called to his heavenly home on September 7, 2018.
He was a member of the Danville Church of Christ. He was a disabled coal miner from Bethlehem Coal Corp. and a member of the UMWA. He was a veteran of the US Navy.
He was preceded in death by his parents Paul and Delcie Jarrell; sister Ginger Nelson; brother Dale Jarrell; paternal grandparents Princie and Roma Pearl Jarrell; maternal grandparents William and Edna Dickens; and father and mother-in-law Lorenza and Pauline Kuhn.
Billy is survived by the love of his life, Dianna Kuhn Jarrell and their children Shawna (Shawn) Walker and Andrea (Shawn) Gillispie; granddaughters who were the light of his life, Kiri Walker, Zoey Walker, and Layla Gillispie; step grandchildren, Blake and Olivia Gillispie; brother, Roger “Hoss” Jarrell; and sister, Diana June Jarrell; also nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends he leaves behind. He will be missed by his family and all that knew him.
Billy enjoyed hunting, fishing, and most of all spending time with his precious granddaughters which he considered his baby girls.

Service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, September 13 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Kenneth Mitchell officiating.
